Pear Tree Church Hall was built in 1976 as the result of a previous hall being compulsorily purchased to allow the Itchen Bridge to be built. It is run by Pear Tree Church for the benefit of the wider community. A whole range of activities from Slimming World to karate and Zumba take place here.

The Hall is licensed for Music, Dancing and Amateur Dramatics up to 11pm. Due to Covid Health and Safety and to keep safely separated we are recommending reduced numbers in the hall at this present time.
The main Hall floor area measures: 41ft by 36ft (or 12.6m by 10.98m)
There is a large raised stage which enables a wide range of activities to take place - or simply close the curtains and use the main area.
It has a well equipped kitchen, disabled facilities, and free car parking for 40 cars.
The sale of alcohol is strictly forbidden UNLESS a Temporary Licence has been obtained.
No-one under the age of 21 can book the Hall and all bookings are at the discretion of the Hall Committee.
Pear Tree Church Hall can be used for children's parties, for hospitality after Baptisms or Funerals, for wedding receptions, business meetings, etc. etc. etc.
